#JamaicaGleaner JULY 2, 2022: An overheated hot plate is believed to have caused a mid-morning fire, which destroyed a family home in Craig Town, Kingston 12, on Thursday, leaving four men displaced. The fire destroyed the roof of the four single-room dwellings and burnt all the men’s belongings. When The Gleaner visited the scene on Friday morning, the charred possessions were being removed from the home as the family sought to begin their recovery efforts.
