#JamaicaGleaner MARCH 19, 2024: Opposition Leader Mark Golding says the walkout by Government Members of Parliament (MPs) on today is the first time in independent Jamaica that the "Opposition Leader has been denied the opportunity to finish his budget presentation." He was speaking outside Gordon House after the sitting abruptly ended. Mr Golding completed his speech on the steps of the Jamaica National Heritage Trust which is the old Parliament building.
