Dirty water in the Kingston Harbour

#JamaicaGleaner DECEMBER 26, 2023: A bystander 'Lucky' decided to go fishing in the Kingston Harbour on Boxing Day but was not so lucky when he arrived. For him, it was the first time he had ever seen the water so dirty.
