#JamaicaGleaner JULY 19, 2021: When the novel coronavirus ravaged Jamaica’s tourism industry in 2020, thousands of workers like JUTA taxi driver O'Neil Duckie saw their incomes slashed. With more time on his hands, Duckie was able to focus more on his true passion – art.
