CEO of Kingston Wharves says there is no barrel backlog

Though he is projecting that there will be more cargo for the Christmas period, he stated that there will be no hassle if receivers make use of the options presented. Since the end of last year, the group instigated an appointment system as a crowd control measure and this year has brought a simpler fix that allows them to complete the necessary processes before arriving at the port.
