It shows more than character. Its shows boldness, brilliance and bravado. That’s Rose Josephine Hudson-Wilkin, the trailblazing Jamaican, British Anglican cleric would become the first woman Suffragan Bishop of Dover, an office whose authority is delegated by the Archbishop of Canterbury – the head of the Church of England.
