It has been two years since the Government announced the impending demolition of the Bull Bay Police Station. The facility, erected during the Victorian era of the latter 1800s, was constructed with packed stones and boasts a cut stone finish. With the near completion of the Harbour View to Yallahs section of the Southern Coastal Highway Improvement Project, the Victorian-era building was the lone structure standing directly in the path of the highway. A new station is to be built with a modern fit-for-purpose facility.
