Treat PPV operators better - Mikael Phillips

Phillips was responding to Shirley Johnson, president of the Central Manchester Taxi Association, who raised questions surrounding the woes faced by public transport drivers across the parish, during a town hall meeting at the Manchester High School on Thursday, December 1.
