She had slowed down considerably and was passed on the finish line by Italy's Dalia Kaddari. "I've definitely learned from this. It was a hard lesson learned," Jackson told The Gleaner's @AndreLoweJA, explaining that she had been looking at the big screen which she later learned had a delay.
