#JamaicaGleaner #FoodForThePoor #Boom JUNE 18, 2021: It was a bittersweet day for Cislyn Williams and her mother Joan Williams on Tuesday at the completion of their dream house in Portland Cottage, Clarendon. Cislyn who was anticipating her son, 21-year-old Devon Powell being a part of the excitement could not hold back the tears as she mourned his death the week before.
