Jan 2nd, 2021 | Category: Special Reports | 3:58#Gleaner #KSAMC #Homeless JANUARY 2, 2020: At 10 o’ clock yesterday morning, scores of homeless people had already flocked the gates of the St William Grant Park in downtown Kingston, waiting to receive their annual New Year’s Day breakfast. Mayor of Kingston Delroy Williams told the Gleaner that the Kingston and St Andrew Municipal Corporation (KSAMC) cares for the homeless and explained that the aim is not just to feed them on a daily basis, as he is quite confident that many of them, with the right guidance can lead normal lives.
