Phillips bashes JLP for lack of crime plan and states plans for prospective PNP administration

He also outlined the People's National Party's plans if they were to be re-elected to power. Dr. Peter Phillips was addressing comrades at the PNP Councillors and Caretakers meeting at Mico University College on Marescaux Road in Kingston on Sunday, June 28, 2020.
