Alleged Manchester goat thief arrested

NOVEMBER 7, 2019: A Manchester man was arrested yesterday for allegedly stealing 14 goats and three cows. He remains in police custody on Ward Avenue in Mandeville pending criminal charges. It is believed that the man is a part of a group who have been stealing people’s animals.
