Anti death-penalty pressure possible for Jamaica

FEBRUARY 28, 2019: The vice president of the European Parliament Pavel Telička says the matter of Jamaica’s retention of the death penalty remains high on bilateral and multilateral agendas and has hinted that Europe could step up the pressure against the Caribbean nation.
