Speaking at the PNP’s 80th Annual Conference at the National Arena, Dr Peter Phillips announced several policies he would implement if elected to form the next government ... The Government has signed a contract with China Harbour Engineering Company to construct a new bypass for Three Miles to help ease traffic congestion ... The Government has announced bans on single-use plastic bags and straws as well as styrofoam. The bans take effect on January 1, 2019 ...
