The Clarendon Police have upgraded to murder the charge against 28-year-old fisherman Rory Palmer, the Clarendon man implicated in the death of his Canadian wife in Portland Cottage in May… Health Minister Dr Christopher Tufton is redirecting some of the blame for the overcrowding at Savanna-La-Mar Hospital's Accident and Emergency Ward to Mayor Bertel Moore for his alleged failure to provide space
