Meet Karl Thomas, the chef responsible for preparing the food for Jamaica's athletes at the London 2012 Olympics. The certified executive chef and chef technologist at the University of Technology (UTECH) Jamaica, gave The Gleaner a preview of the food he will be cooking up at the Jamaican Olympic village in Birmingham, UK.
