Althea Marjorie Fagan lives on a small boat with her seven children in Port Royal. She has been searching for a safe home for her family since the destructive force of Hurricane Ivan in 2004. 'Burdened Vessel' details how Fagan's hopes for a new home were demolished, her current living conditions, and how it effects her children.
