CCJ RULING: Shanique Myrie awarded J$3.6 million
Oct 4th, 2013 | Category: Top Videos | 2:06The ruling by the six-member panel of the Caribbean Court of Justice was delivered via a video conference in the Supreme Court on October 4, 2013. The court declared that under article 5 of the revised treaty of Chaguaramas, the Barbados government breached Myrie's right when she tried to enter the country on March 14, 2011.
