#JamaicaGleaner #Charity APRIL 19, 2021: Carter grew up with her father, for the most part, in Westmoreland and while describing her situation then as being poor, she said her father, despite the limitations, was always willing to give to others from the little that he had. Apparently infected by the kindness bug in her father, Carter has been running a one-person charity for the past seven years, beginning in Westmoreland and continuing even as she has relocated to Cox Street in Port Maria, St Mary.
