Jan 22nd, 2021 | Category: Special Reports | 7:04#Gleaner #Tourism #COVID JANUARY 22, 2021: Tourism Minister Edmund Bartlett says the government is prepared to meet the expected demand for COVID testing for travellers to the United States. As of January 26, all travellers to the United States will require a negative COVID test. There was a snag earlier this year when Canada imposed requirements for negative results for travellers because of the lack of capacity of local labs to handle the demand.
