Higgler mothered baby found in 'Back Market', informed police of the snugly find
Dec 16th, 2020 | Category: Special Reports | 3:22DECEMBER 16, 2020: Oxford Mall higgler Valerie Henry woke up with an infant on her mind, no relation to her, but the bond shared in the hours leading up to yesterday’s interview, meant so much to the mother of three. The infant found in the Oxford Mall Arcade popularly known as back market, was placed in her care briefly before she was handed the new born baby girl in the care of the police.
