And a search is now underway at Frenchman Beach in St Elizabeth for the body of popular entrepreneur Andre Burnett who is believed to have drowned... There are concerns that the decision of a judge to give a man with a criminal history a suspended prison sentence for sexually assaulting a five-year-old girl may have enabled him to return to his old ways...
