PALS' Peace day 2012
Mar 13th, 2012 | Category: News & Features | 4:24As Jamaica celebrated Peace Day on March 6 2012, Education Minister Ronald Thwaites pledged to turn his focus on bringing about behavioural changes in schools islandwide. Thwaites called for Peace and Love in Society's (PALS) support in the initiative, saying it would be the best partner based on its experience in the area of peace. Thwaites was speaking at PALS' Peace Day celebration at The Gleaner Company's Sports Club on North Street in Kingston.
