Jamaica left a lasting impression on IMF Outgoing Representative

SEPTEMBER 15, 2019: Dr Constant Lonkeng Ngouana, the man who stood as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) representative in Jamaica and had been living in the country for three years, has said goodbye for now.
