Sep 10th, 2019 | Category: SPORTS | 1:45SEPTEMBER 10, 2019: Young Jamaican sprinter Briana Williams will certainly miss the World Championships in Doha, Qatar after it was decided, after Monday's preliminary proceedings at the Jamaica Pegasus, that she will face the Independent Anti-Doping Disciplinary Panel (IADP) on September 23, 24 and 25.
