WATCH: Why St Andrew South needs a State of Emergency.

JULY 08, 2019: Commissioner Major General Antony Anderson has sought to make a case for recommending a State of Emergency in the St Andrew South police division. He says it's one of the most violent divisions in Jamaica, even worse than Clarendon. Prime Minister Andrew Holness announced the State of Emergency yesterday, initially for 14 days.
