On the eve of Jamaica's 16th General Election, The Gleaner ventured into the constituencies of St. Andrew West Central and St. Andrew South West, strongholds for Prime Minister Andrew Holness (JLP) and Opposition leader, Portia Simpson-Miller (PNP) to assess the mood of the electorate.
