Oct 12th, 2011 | Category: News & Features | 2:35Traveling along Marcus Garvey Drive one will notice a park -- maintained by the Kingston and St. Andrew Corporation (KSAC) -- a gas station, a gully with stagnant water, from which sewage fumes haunt the people residing in the informal community of 2 Marcus Garvey Drive, known to them as Coconut Walk. As the vision for downtown Kingston's redevelopment inches its way to becoming a reality, the city's residents have expressed concern about their inclusion in the process.
