Water crisis forces prohibition order

The Mona reservoir can hold a maximum of 700 million gallons of water, but is currently 40 per cent full, with 280 million gallons. Production at the Mona Treatment Plant is operating at a reduced capacity of nearly 38 per cent at 10 million gallons
